But, what distinguished this whole interest of this methods is to highlight the material aspects while moving attention today on cognitive capital as one of the strategic components by the organization.

Under this development, it became imperative for researchers and scholars to develop new standards the evaluation of cognitive function, these efforts have been successful in the western world, but at the Arab world is still in young topic.
