Abstract EN
This study aimed to examine the relationship between selfefficacy beliefs and academic achievement and the gender differences on students secondary stage.
The study sample, randomly chosen, consisted of (789) students for the academic year (2016-2017.
The results of the study indicated that: 1.
There is no statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy beliefs and academic achievement in males and females students.
2- There are no statistically significant gender differences in selfefficacy beliefs.
3 - There are significant statistical gender differences in the academic achievement in favor of females.
