Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of business intelligence systems in building organizational ambidexterity in Palestinian banks (Bank of Palestine.

Cairo Amman Bank.

Arab Islamic Bank.

Palestinian Islamic Bank).

The study followed the descriptive analytical method, and operated the questionnaire as a research tool.

The sample of the study consisted of (120) questionnaires.

The results showed that applying business intelligence systems in Palestinian banks was high (79.25%) and the field of organizational ambidexterity was 72.51%.

It also showed a positive relationship between the components of business intelligence systems and the building of organizational ambidexterity-.

The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in respondents' responses to the role of business intelligence systems, and the building of organizational ambidexterity due to the variables (age, job title, number of years of experience, name of the bank) and based on the results Study, The study recommendations were: The need to provide continuous training courses to increase the awareness of employees in banks to achieve more benefits of using business intelligence systems .

The need to direct research and development projects to implement the business intelligence systems to our Palestinian and Arab environment to reach the innovative and creative dimension .

Encouraging and motivating the employees in the bank institutions to share their creative and new ideas by facilitating intellectual motivation and providing them with incentives .

To establish contacts with academic institutions universities or research centres In Palestine and Arab countries to find out what is new in the field of business intelligence systems.
