Abstract EN

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of a training program for social studies teachers according to the supportive educational environment and measuring its effect on their psychological security.

The study adopted the quasi experimental approach, as the sample consisted of (70) male and female.

selected through random clustering sampling.

To achieve the aim of the study the researcher designed a training program and psychological security scale.

The findings of the study showed that the effect of the trianing program was high in general as a whole and on domains..

Moreover, there were significant statistical differences in all domains and the tool as a whole according to experience variable.
