Abstract EN

This study aimed at exploring the Society Renaissance values as perceived by senior educational leaders in Jordan.

To achieve this, Semi-structured interview was prepared, and its validity and reliability was verified.

Accessible sample of Twenty-six educational leaders was interviewed.

The process of data collection has been carried out in the academic year of 2016/2017.

The data analysis revealed that all the participants of the study agreed about faith values as crucial renaissance values of the Jordanian society.

Then the economic values ranked second, while the personal values were coming in third rank.

Additionally, the social values, and knowledge values came later.

The latest rank was the beauty values.

Based on the result of the study some recommendations were presented.
