Abstract EN

The aim of this study is evaluate the degree of applying the faculty of engineering to transformation training in the Islamic University of Gaza in the view of students.

And to give recommendations to activate it The researchers adopted descriptive analytical approach to examine study questions.

In this regard, (43) sentences distributed in three-domain questionnaire, which was distributed to the study sample represented by the students at the fifth level in the engineering faculty in 2017.

The study showed set of findings after analyze the data by SPSS Program : There was medium acceptance for both curricular and contact and communications skills, with percentage weight56.6% & 66.91%, respectively, while there was high acceptance for both organizational skills and psychological trends with percentage weight 68.15% & 68.33% respectively , but low acceptance was for all the sentences of the Entrepreneurship domain with percentage weights 1.08% although it’s the main axis of the transformation-training.

The maximum response acceptance was for the faculty role to increase the ability to work under pressure with percentage weight 83.29%, while there is a weak in the faculty in determine the students capacity before entering the faculty or chose their major, also in developing English language skills and gain international certificate as TOEFL, IELTS, and in supporting self-marketing skills when contact with lobar market, students suffer from transport from studying to lobar market.

In light of the abovementioned findings, the researchers reached a set of recommendations, among them are: its necessary to response the university to the labor markets changes by improve the studying planes for all majors to enriches the practical and field side for student, in addition to that, measure the students skills before entering the faculty, criteria and condition’s must be achieved by the students before having the bachelors certificate and its necessary to make conti nuous communication with lobar market, and the lobar market must accept these meetings with students and define themselves and the requirements there prefer it in the alumni.

Also, recommend the alumni to care about practical and theo retical studying and connect between them, heeds to the university's advice about the important courses and the meetings with the lobar market and have training if possible through studying, and improvethemselves and gain the Entrepreneurship skills.
