Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the principals of special education schools within the Green Line for their roles in achieving the objectives of the advisory programs from teacher's point of view.

The descriptive method was used to achieve the study objectives.

The study sample consisted of (181) teachers.

The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing principals for their roles came in high degree, for all study domains.

The results also showed that there is no statistical significant differences in the degree of practicing for their roles due to the different varia bles (gender, experience).

Also the results showed that there is no statistical significance in the degree of practicing due to (academic qualifications) except for the domain (technical domain) in which the differences were in favor of (Higehr than Bachlor degree) In light of the study findings, the researchers recommend enhancing the role of the school managers in the importance of local community involvement and active participation in the schools by all means.
