Abstract EN

The present study aimed at determining The reality of human resource management practice in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and its relation to the level of job satisfaction in the educational leadership.

The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach.

The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information.

It was applied to a sample of 52 people holding leadership positions in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Al-Aqsa University as a government and affiliated to the Ministry.

After the analysis of die data, the study found that the degree of practice of most of the functions of human resources management in the Ministry of Education and Al-Aqsa University came to a medium degree (66.27%).

And that die level of job satisfaction among the educational leadership in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education was average (65.46%).

There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of human resources management in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education in die sample of the study according to the variables of the workplace and years of service.

There were no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among the sample of the study according to the variables of the workplace and years of service.

There is a positive correlation between the degree of human resource management practice in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and job satisfaction among educational leaders.
