Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of the educational reform plan in the Ministry of Education within the Green Line and its relation to improving the school performance from the point of view of the teachers of the Ministry of Education.

The descriptive descriptive method was used by using the questionnaire as a study tool.

(232) members of the study community, from teachers of the Ministry of Education within the Green Line, during the academic year (2016-2017).

The study tool was applied after verifying its validity and stability (18) divided into three areas: school administration, school environment and community service.

The results of the study showed that the degree of performance of school performance among teachers of the Ministry of Education within the Green Line was medium.

All fields were medium.

The results of the study showed statistically significant differences between the arithmetical averages of the sample of the sample of the study sample on the fields of questionnaire.

While there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic mean of the individuals of the study sample in the areas of the questionnaire due to the variable of the educational level.
