Abstract EN
The objective of the research is to develop a proposed measure to measure the extent of service customization for students with disabilities in higher education institutions by applying to the Islamic University of Gaza.
The researcher used the method of analytical descriptive method.
He also held a workshop to develop the measure dimensions and axes, which called the HEdSCuS.
The results showed the need to adopt independent measures to measure the quality of service for each sector, and the use of the correlation coefficient between each paragraph of the dimensions of the dimensions of the scale and the total score of each field as a statistical function, This indicates that it is possible to rely on the performance of the four dimensions contained in the proposed measure reached by the researcher in measuring the allocation of university service for students with disabilities in institutions of higher education, and it was found that the four dimensions of the scale of the ability to interpret the allocation of service The university for students with disabilities is after academic services followed after non-academic services, and then after the institution's reputation and experience of service providers, and finally after facilitating access services.
