Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the availability of Organizational goals in the Directorate General of Civil Defense.

and to know the impact of the Organizational goalsavailable in the Directorate General of Civil Defense in performance.

To reach the previous, the social survey methodology was used.

The study population may be from all the members of the administrative apparatus of the General Directorate of the Jordanian Civil Defense.

A random sample was chosen which formed 20% of the study population.

Data were collected through the questionnaire.

The hypotheses of descriptive and analytical statistical methods were tested through the statistical package program.

The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which was the positive response of the sample towards the organizational goals.

There is also a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.05 α α) for organizational objectives in the performance of the administrative apparatus of the General Directorate of Civil Defense.

This indicates that there is a strong correlation between the variable of the organizational objectives and the variable of the performance of the administrative apparatus of the General Directorate of Civil Defense.

It is noted that the coefficient of determination (R2) reached 72.5% Relatively high.

The study recommended a set of recommendations, which can increase the status of the impact of organizational objectives in the performance of the administrative body of the Directorate General of Civil Defense of Jordan.
