Abstract EN

Many scholars throughout different ages and from different nations devoted their efforts to serve the sciences of Hadith by setting the basis of grammar، terminology and the concepts defining the sciences of the Prophet's Hadith، as well as what is related to the narrator and the narration alike.

Moreover، they have dealt with these principles very clearly، thus agreeing on a set of rules that govern the science of knowledge and narration.

However، scholars have disagreed on some components that fall under personal judgments، as is the case in some issues related to hadith modification by some narrators.

This created a discrepancy in some provisions among narrators، and perhaps those judgments were raised due to the lack of information that led to logical disagreements that are based on evidence.

This research tackled this problem and identified the anonymous narrators in Kitab al-Muhallā.

It indicated the positions of the scholars and provided the real perception on the issue.

The study results showed that the total number of those who were excluded by ibn-Hazm in his book were 144، where 141 were from men and 3 from women and their numbers were: 127-126-90.

There are also six narrators who were excluded by ibn-Hazm and their numbers were 2-3-104-105-133-136
