Study aim: The study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a program based on Scamper Model in developing critical thinking in science and life among fourth graders in Gaza.Study tool and materials: The teacher’s guide based scamper model and the test of the critical thinking skills.Study sample: The study sample consisted of (68) female pupils, divided into (34) students as an experimental group using the program based on Scamper Model and another (34) students as a control group using the traditional method.Study methodology: The study adopted the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach-Study most important findings: 1.

There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and those of their counterparts in the control group in the whole thinking skills test and in every individual skill (induction, interpretation, prediction, evaluation) in favor of the experimental group- 2- The program based onScamper Model proved to be effective in developing critical thinking skills among female fourth graders.
