Abstract EN

Investment realistic: concept, controls (tips), the mechanisms endowment (Cessation /WAKF) is a donations contract religion, and make its usefulness in the way of GOD (ALLAH) , in addition to the great reward in the afterlife.

The prophet Muhammad (peace up with him) did it (as Sunnah), the emphasized it and instilled in the heart of his companions, and after them from the nation.

Endowment had the utmost importance in the lives of Muslims because of its multiple results ; religious , social, economic etc.… its contributes to the establishment of the spirit of the social unity, affinity (cohesion) , solidarity among members of the community , in addition to elimination of the poverty , unemployment , the recycling of money, this means economic stability of the state.

That the endowment investment by opening various productive institutions (enterprises) it will develop out of money , and increases in interest rates, which will be divided among eligible (deserving).

But , must be controlled of this investment , we mention to some of it.

1- The Endowment has been issued by qualified owner.

2- Be in the will of donors endowment 3- The endowment shall be for life.

However development speed appeared with several formats for investment through which investing , endowment or its usefulness such as : sharecropping (farming) , speculation, lease , etc.….

If the endowment given more care by the investment will lead to realizing of the purposes for which they GOD (ALLAH) has prescribed /legitimized.
