Human resources management is among the most important functions of the contemporary institution today, it means the preparation of individual working group to increase its efficiency, because the real investment in human capital, which makes the competitive advantage of the enterprise as a whole, and today there are many challenges facing human resources management and limit the effectiveness of organizational practice, and reflected in the global changes occurring in the business environment and the requirements of the labor market, as a result of the effects of globalization and requirements The global dimension of the human resources management appears in the use of technological advances and build training programs take into account the multiplicity of skills and capacity building as well as the cultural diversity of human resources in the organization , which already are trying in this study to clarify the importance of human resources management within the institution, and determine the effects imposed by globalization variables on the whole of its functions and activities
