Abstract EN

The application of Total Quality Managementhas becomea necessity for all organizations of different types, whether they are service, productive or even public,because of the set of advantages that the organization can obtain as a result of applying this administrative concept.

The aim of this study is to know the extent to which total quality management's implementation has contributed to the improvement of the level of performance of the employees at the Tindouf's university Center.

The study found that the university center in Tindouf applied the method of total quality management, which contributed to the improvement of the performance of the employees.
