This study aim: to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and the level of aspiration among students of the general diploma in education and to investigate the differences responds of students depending on the following variables (3ge.

specialization, social situation, economic situation), using an analytical descnpove approach.

The study population is represented by female students of the general diploma in education, with a cample size of (6S) female students.

The tools for collecting mformanon were the measure of self-efficacy and the level of ambition.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: high level of self-efficacy and level of aspiration among students.

there is a positive correlation relationship between the measure of self-efficacy and the scale of the level of aspiration, the absence of statistical significance differences in self-efficacy and level of ambition depending on the variable of age.

the absence of statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of the self-efficiency and the level of ambition according to the variable of specialization (scientific - literary), the absence of statistical significance differences m self - efficacy and level of ambition according to the vanable of social situation, the absence of statistical significance differences between self-efficacy and level of ambition according to the vanable of economic situation.
