Linguistic studies have undergone a quantum leap towards the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the twentieth century.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the interest of linguistics was greatly appreciated.

This interest extends to the field of literary studies and creativity as creative texts.

This attention was crowned with the emergence of a new science, which became a method and an introduction to literary texts, to define their characteristics and aesthetic features, which is "Stylistic", which Michel Arevay recognized as a description of the literary text by methods derived from linguistics.

We have tried in this paper, which came from a reading in the book "Stylistic Linguistics" AbdElJalil Mortad, to show the relationship between the two scientists.
