The objective of this study is to determine the causal relationship between government spending and Economic development in Algeria, depending on the Wagner’s law and Musgrave theory, using econometric Analysis and Flexibility for public spending analysis.
Through the data and the results of the study show that the evolution of public spending is greater than the GDP growth rate.
This explains that it must control public spending rate, equivalent to the evolution of GDP
