This study aimed to identifying The Impact of Innovation Orientation on Achieving Competitive Advantage in Algerian banks, the study sample consisted of (47) Single from the management board at Algerian banks, The results of the study assured the presence of Innovation Orientation to the management board at Algerian banks, Agencies of saida, and There were no statistically significant differences in the Advantage ,While in the level of dimensional there were an effect to the intention of innovation on Achieving Competitive Advantage, while the rest of the dimensions orientation innovation did not affect (the infrastructure for innovation, the impact of innovation, innovation implementation) on Achieving Competitive Advantage.
