The writings of the modern Arab linguistics have varied their methodological principles.

Some of them defended a single linguistic trend, Some of them were based on the writings of one of the Western linguistics to converse with the heritage.

Some critics relied on clear monetary controls, which ensured systematic consistency during the calendar, But they represent a very small group of contemporary Arab linguistics, The study sought to highlight one of these serious linguistic achievements, which belong to the the Moroccan linguist Mohammed al- Ouragi, Where this paper revealed the criteria of the epistemological on which the researcher relied on to rid the linguistic lesson of the errors of the Universal Linguistics that corrupted the Arabic language, Along with the failure of special linguistics to construct a linguistic theory, By devising an intermediate theory that goes beyond these shortcomings, In a bid to build up a historical memory of the established Maghreb linguistic writings.
