Abstract AR
إن جودة التعليم الالكتروني لا تقتصر على عملية توصيل المعلومات إلكترونيا الى الطالب فقط, و لكنها تقتضي التفاعل بين عناصر العملية التعليمية في بيئة التعليم الإلكتروني المحترف.
و يمكن تعريف الجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني بأنها "عملية الإنتاج المشترك بين بيئة التعليم الإلكتروني و المتعلم والمؤسسة التعليمية بما سيضمن أن المخرجات من العملية التعليمية لا تتأثر بعمليات إنتاج المؤسسة" .و بمعنى أخر, فإن جودة التعليم الإلكتروني يقصد بها تخريج طالب قادر على التعامل مع التكنولوجيا الحديثة, و ليس اكساب الطالب المعرفة أو المعلومة عن التكنولوجيا فقط بل أيضا طريقة التعامل معها و الاستفادة منها و التفاعل مع معطياتها.
Abstract EN
The quality of e-learning is not limited to the delivery of information electronically to the student only , but they do require interaction between the elements of the educational process in the environment of e-learning professional .
And we Can defined the quality of e-learning as " the process of co-production between the environment of e-learning and the learner and the educational institution including ensure that the outputs from the educational process is not affected by production processes institution.
