The right to expression is an inherent right that Allaah has bestowed to his slaves.

Despite the importance of this right, it is subject to the principle of responsibility and duty, like other personal, financial and political rights, where it is subject to interest controls, preventing harm to others and respect for human dignity.

Accordingly, it is necessary to state those controls that differentiate between the required freedom of expression which benefit the individual and society on the one hand, and the wrongful expression on the other.
