Childhood is one of the most dangerous stages in human life, which requires wise and integrated care, and takes into account the spiritual, mental and physical side.

This research addresses the most important children's rights in Islam after his birth, through the study of the child's social rights (the right to life, descent, and good name, breastfeeding, nursery,), child's educational rights (The right to religious, moral, mental and physical education).

Finally, the child's financial rights (the rights of the child in alimony, justice between him and his brothers and giving him his right to inheritance)
