تقييم الأداء الاجتماعي و السلوكي لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد و الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية في الأردن : دراسة مقارنة

Abstract EN

The present study aimed to reveal the evaluation of social and behavioral performance in a sample of children with autism spectrum disorder and children with intellectual disabilities in Jordan.

To achieve the objective of the study, a sample of (144) children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities was selected in Amman.

The study sample included the category of 6-13 years, the researcher's appied a questionnaire that measures social and behavioral performance prepared for the purpose of the study.

The reliability and validityof the study tool was acheived.

The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the social and behavior performance among the sample on the study tool, in favor of children with intellectual disabilities.

The study recommended it is necessary to interfere to increase the social and behavioral performance of children with autism spectrum disorders and children with mental disabilities.
