Abstract EN

The present study aims at identifying the role of women's work within charities in developing their personal and social skills as a strong step in empowering women to realize the vision of 2030.

The problem of study in the main question is: What are the differences in the personal and social skills of women before and after joining Charities? The researcher used the comparatrve descriptive approach and the identification of personal and social skills (prepared by the researcher) and applied them to a random sample of women who were educated in charitable societies in Riyadh in 2017.

The sample size was 34 Saudi women.

The study found that the work of charitable societies plays a role personal and social skills of working women.

It is clear that the average degree of personal skills of Saudi women after joining the civil society associations came to 2.8994.

The value of (T = 66.109) (0.001).

It is also clear that the average score of the social skills of a sample of women after joining the charitable societies was (2,93115) and the value of (T = 60.762) is a function at the level of significance (0.001).

The researcher also recommends further studies that deal with the psychological and social aspects of women working in charitable societies such as stress management, occupational and family harmony, and others.
