Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarifying the role of business incubators contribute to the support of new and Pioneer projects, as well as dissecting the living reality in Algeria in the field of incubators.

The study focused on the descriptive analytical method.

The study concluded such results among them: significant lateness in Algeria to adopt a business incubator mechanism, absence of effective political will at the leaders of the country in the field of incubators.

The study suggested a number of recommendations including: firstly, provide more interest and commitment by senior leaders her in the country to project business incubators.

Secondly, develop a strategic plan for the establishment of incubators and track their performance and development.
