This study focuses on a serious problem, that of the constitutionality of some texts modifying the penal code, after many amendments that I consider hasty, because they were adopted without taking into account the fundamental and constitutional principles which the Criminal Code must respect, particularly the principles of legality and equality.

Cette étude se focalise entièrement sur une problématique sérieusement importante, celle de la constitutionalité de certains textes modifiant le code pénal, après de multiples amendements que je considère trop hâtives, parce qu’ils ont été adoptés sans prendre compte des principes fondamentaux et constitutionnels que le code pénal doit respecter, très particulièrement les principes de légalité et d’égalité
