Algeria, like other countries of the world suffers from the stagnation of investments.
For this reason, the state seeks with all means to renovate and activate the national economy.
Despite all efforts to improve the business climate by developing legislation to promote investment, including the current law No.
16-09 of 07 August 2016, this investment remains low and limited.
This study aims to find the flaws contained in this law as well as elements of effectiveness of the benefits conferred on investors (tax, financial benefits ...)

L’Algérie, comme d’autres pays du monde souffre de la stagnation des investissements.
Pour cette raison, l’Etat cherche avec tous les moyens à rénover et activer l’économie nationale.
Malgré tous les efforts menés afin d’améliorer le climat des affaires en développant les législations pour promouvoir l’investissement, notamment la loi en vigueur n°16-09 du 07 Aout 2016, cet investissement reste faible et limité.
Cette étude a pour objet la recherche des failles contenues dans la cette loi ainsi que des éléments d’efficacité des avantages conférés aux investisseurs (avantages fiscaux, financiers…)
