If the legislator opts for the transmission of a part of the dispute of the competition for the benefit of the judicial judge, it doesn’t means that the administrative judge is foreign with care of the competition law.
The judge keep competence to receive the recourses exercised against the decisions of economic concentrations of the Competition Council.
It is, called to apply the measures of the competition law in the block of the legality of administrative acts, and to rule on the restrictive practices of public persons' competitors connected to a mission of public service or to an exercise of privileges of public authorities.
However, the confrontation between the administrative judge and the competitive corpus arouses questioning on the expertise of the administrative judge in the application of the competition law.

Si le législateur opte pour le transfert de compétences d’une partie du contentieux de la concurrence au profit du juge judiciaire, cela ne signifie nullement que le juge administratif est étranger à l’application du droit de la concurrence.
Le juge a gardé compétence pour recevoir les recours exercés contre les décisions de concentrations économiques du Conseil de la concurrence.
Il est appelé, en outre, à appliquer les dispositions du droit de la concurrence dans le bloc de la légalité des actes administratifs, et pour statuer sur les pratiques restrictives de concurrence de personnes publiques liées à une mission de service public ou à l’exercice de prérogatives de puissance publique.
Toutefois, la confrontation entre le juge administratif et le corpus concurrentiel suscite des interrogations sur l’expertise du juge administratif dans l’application du droit de la concurrence.
