This research deals with the conceptual framework that approaches competencies and resource, it attempts to find out a logical analysis based on the contribution of competencies to the success of the organization and the achievement of high performance.

This requires the organization and achievement of high performance.

This is what requires organization to create a pattern of governance linked to this concept, and based on the mechanisms of physical motivation as one of the entrances of the managing the competencies, by linking them to performance - individual and collective - and establishing the value and processes associated with this process, starting with existing wage systems and ending with the solidarity of the neighborhood grap
