This paper aims to re-launch the issue of population and its impact on development, particularly in developing countries in a new form of trying to find a compromise solution to the dialectical theory that the population is a key element for the advancement of any development if they are taught and upgrade their thinking, or whether they damper her, given the many negative aspects that appear in their actions and practices.
And reached a record study on a sample of countries in the developing world data that population increase this rate is inversely proportional to their economic growth in the short term, medium and long which corresponds to the views of the pessimists, it gives a futuristic picture of the situation of these countries peoples and governments of the change of the demographic and economic policies
