This study focuses on the extent to which the North African companies have been able to improve their innovation management, by applying the GIZ’s program.

Through a case study, we aim to know motivators and barriers of the adoption of this program by North African companies, and how to ensure its sustainability.

Implication of the adoption of the innovation management program is then discussed
