Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of refocusing strategy in improving the competitiveness of strategic business units for the national detergent company (ENAD).

Based on the deductive approach we analyzed some global researches to demonstrate the positive results of the refocusing process, we concluded a proposed strategy to refocus the strategic business units of the national detergent Company (ENAD), we also provide some recommendations which can enrich the filed of the study
