The social responsibility in the current time of the important issues for seeking business organizations and application functioning through various activities, in view of the growing awareness of their impact in achieving its objectives and its continuation in the performance of its work, and, accordingly , aimed at the study the situation to identify the extent of the contribution of the exercise of social responsibility toward human resources in the development of creative thinking of the workers and the application on a sample of the Condor.Bordj Bou Arreridj Province size reached 90 employees.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study the two researchers form design included 39 words, which had been distributed to the terms of the study , after analyzing the data with the statistical program SPSS V :21, reached many results from the most prominent of which is the existence of a moral influence of social responsibility toward human resources in the development of innovative behavior and the staff of the Condor.Bordj Bou Arreridj Province In the light of the outcome of the study the two researchers made a number of recommendations which would enhance the practices of social responsibility toward human resources, which makes it a strategic direction would the development of creative thinking for workers
