Abstract EN
This study sought to determine the impact of employees empowerment on job satisfaction in the African glasses company.
(70) Questionnaires were distributed and (54) out of them were valid for analysis.
Results indicate high level of empowerment, moderate level of job satisfaction and a significant positive impact of empowerment on job satisfaction.
