Abstract EN

This paper aims to highlight peace operations which established by the United Nations,( peacemaking, peacekeeping and peace-building) , with emphasis on the latter because previous operations are not sufficient to neutralize violence especially in the deep conflict that rooted for phases.

With a focus on Central America And the Caribbean, specifically Haiti where we can follow all stages of peace process of United Nations.

So that we try to examine the ability of international, national and local actors to prevent direct violence and to establish positive peace in each stage, and look into whether the proposes of peace actors s are sufficient to change the course of the conflict , And establish of peace culture through institution and individual-building.

According to research items we start putting lens endoscopy on conflict in Haiti to determine the nature of the latter and identify the most important causes of conflict as a first step, next we examine the results of peace processes in Haiti , To stand in the third element on the main reforms that have been adopted in the Haiti, finally we reveal the major imbalances that need to be straightened for positive peace needed by Haiti
