The study aimed to identify level of organizational culture of public secondary school principals in Aden governorate and its relationship with the prevailing organizational conflict management methods they have from the perspective of deputy principals and teachers.

The study used the descriptive method by means of a survey, and it uses a questionnaire tool that contained two parts: General information about the sample individuals; and List of the study subject paragraphs.

To achieve the study goal, the researcher used the questionnaire tool that contained two points: Organizational culture, which includes 48 paragraphs distributed among five dimensions; and organizational conflict management methods, which includes 44 paragraphs distributed among five methods, phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the research which (40) deputy principals and (180) teachers in the public secondary school in Aden governorate in the first semester of the year 2015/2016.

The study results showed that the organizational culture of public schools principals, from the viewpoint of deputy principals and teachers, was estimated as ‘average’.

It also showed that the prevailing organizational conflict management methods of public secondary schools principals in Aden governorate, from the viewpoint of deputy principals and teachers, was estimated as ‘high’ but at its minimum level.

The results further indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the study sample assessments of the level of organizational culture of public secondary school principals in Aden governorate.

The same applied to the study sample assessments of organizational conflict management methods such principals.

Such viewpoint was contributed to the job description variance (deputy principals, teachers).

There was no relationship of significance between the organizational culture of secondary school principals in Aden governorate and the prevailing organizational conflict management methods they have.
