The interpellation is one of the most important means of parliamentary and semi-parliamentary supervision which the legislative power have on all deeds of the government (a ministry) in of parliamentary and semiparliamentary systems.

It is a procedure of a legal nature with charging and penalizing to the government or anyone of its members in case they committed unfavorable thing.The aim behind the interpellation is to punish those who used the power in situations that are supposed not to be used .It also tries to motivate the political responsibility or granting the trust in a ministry or a minister.
