Testamentary guardianship and trusteeship are the most important rights of nonfinancial issues in family matters which Parliament has demanded a range of conditions and subject this practice to judicial review , which has a wide discretion to protect minors against the detrimental actions of the guardian, the judge intervened to ensure the availability of their conditions and the granting of authorization in some cases and if it is proved to the judge a conflict between the interests of the guardian and those of minor stops the tutor's administration as he can judge for compensation if the result of the trained representative actions for damages to the minor, without prejudiced criminal penalties that could be incurred if it is proved that these actions form a crime.
