Wireless phone license, contract is an important contract, concluded between international companies for wireless phone, and state licensed, and arise from the moment of conclusion of many of the disputes, which could be settled through many friendly ways, the most important agreement parties to the contract to arbitration to resolve such disputes, so we will discuss this research within two sections, the first section we address the concept of wireless phone license contract, and in the second section to the concept of the arbitration agreement.
