The truth commissions have a vital roles in post conflict expedient by the countries torn by armed conflict, for rebuilding the torn relation between victims and perpetrators on one hand, and society on the other hand, across arrange of operation where these commissions to search for past abuses committed during periods of violence, across urged various parties to hold on what happened in the past, and focus on the issue of compensations of both types material and symbolic, which is important in the field of justice and build trust between citizens and the institutions that perform this compensation, which gives the victims a sense that what they have suffered from violation will be taken into attention and implementation, in addition to the process of granting amnesty in order to reach the truth, that they wanted the victim and community through the recognition of the perpetrators of serious crimes committed by them, all that for which is contribution to the promotion of national reconciliation and the establishment of peaceful society.
