Abstract EN
Disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programs are an important mechanism for the United Nations peacekeeping and peace building strategy; in fact, it is integrated in the most peace operations of which the organization organs aim to the establishment of an integral policy.
Despite the multiple measures adopted by the organization, the full implementation of the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programs is facing up major challenges seeing the complex circumstances of the post-conflict period.

Les programmes de désarmement, démobilisation et réintégration (DDR) sont un mécanisme cardinal pour la stratégie onusienne de maintien et de consolidation de la paix, En effet, ils sont devenus une tâche indispensable des opérations de paix dont les organes de l’organisation visent l’instauration d’une politique intégrale.
Malgré les multiples mesures adoptées par l’Organisation, la mise en œuvre des programmes de désarmement, démobilisation et réintégration est confrontée à des défis majeurs vu les circonstances complexes de la période post-conflit.
