through the legal applications of anticipatory breach, that applications depend on the type of anticipatory breach, if the type referred to absolute anticipatory breach, then it will regard as a direct anticipatory breach, in that case the plaintiff can terminate the contract, like the procurement contracts in Iraqi Law, because Iraqi law allowed contract termination before due time without go to courts.Other application is the plaintiff right in demand for withhold the execution of contract and return what he has if the anticipatory breach is indirect, this applications are a partial solutions adopted by some Arab Codes and it cannot regard as a general rules to that of Anglo- American Code.with United State Law (UCC) in 1952' also the code of goods selling in England of 1979, also we utilize other International Trade agreements, ad a model for Anglo- American Codes andUnted Nation Convention Contract for the International Sale of Good 1980.andConvention Relating to a uniform Law on the for mation of contracts for the International Sale of goods (The Hage 1964).
