The Saudi legislator considered the equality between working man and working woman in all working limits and circumstances such as the equality in salaries, working hours, sick leaves, weekly and yearly vacations, and other vacations .

The Saudi legislator also granted the woman special working guarantees that save her rights and dignity according to the Islamic principles.

In addition to the guarantees of justice and equality between her and working man, the woman is granted private rights to protect her and her job .

The Saudi legislator has placed some constraints to woman employment concerning the type and time of work.

It considered the nature of working woman and her physical weakness.

It also took into account her physical and mental abilities in organizing the working environment.
