Abstract EN

The civil liability for pollution damage fuel oil for ships of the important issues that the researcher believes it is worthy of consideration, as dealing with an important issue of the protection of those affected by the contamination of fuel oil for ships, and with the development witnessed by the world in the light of the Industrial Revolution, modern, appeared there were some issues that were not known before, including the contamination of fuel oil for ships and civil liability arising therefrom, hence the importance of research, and in this study we addressed the privacy of civil liability for pollution damage fuel oil for ships and the pillars of that responsibility, we have discussed this subject in two sections, we dealt with in the first section the privacy of civic responsibility pollution damage arising from fuel oil for ships, and we dealt with in the second section pillars of civil liability for pollution damage, and then we review the most important findings and proposals that we have reached in this research
