Libya presents the experience of the failed state model after the so-called "revolutions of the Arab Spring".

The full absence of institutions under the Gaddafi regime, and the quick moving into pluralism, but in its unhealthy form.

Such pluralism was a reflection of the multi-tribal and territorial, religious, ideological plurality.

Kind of internal conflict was arisen, because of the sharp intersection among those forces, turning most often into internal fighting between the conflicting parties which was supported by regional and international intervention making the Libyan issue more complicated problem
