English Abstract
Elections in the modern era are one of the most important legal means used by individuals and political parties to gain power.
They need legal regulation, namely, constitutional legislation, legislation relating to elections, regulations and instructions governing the electoral process, including election propaganda.
After the change that took place in Iraq after 2003, The Iraqi Constitution 2005 and the announcement of the opening of the candidacy and the beginning of the elections, political parties and independent political bodies and personalities began to prepare their campaigns, through election campaigning each candidate can express his ideas and Berne Electoral Mjh and explained to the voters can obtain the support of voters, it really is legal for all candidates.
In this research, emphasis will be placed on models of electoral propaganda for the candidates of the House of Representatives in the elections of 2005, 2010 and 2014 and on the type of programs and promises made by the candidates and their impact on the choices of the Iraqi voter.
And the results of a good according to an analytical study.
It relied on several different sources in the writing of the research, in particular the published Iraqi documents, the government publications and the Iraqi Election Law No.
16 of 2005 and the electoral campaign system for the elections of the Iraqi Council of Representatives No.
19 of 2010, And the published scientific researches and the relevant books of that period, as well as the websites
