Solution of heat equation using analytical and numerical methods

Abstract EN

The study concerns the solution of heat equation in one dimension.

The heat equation has been derived and solved analytically using separation of variable and numerically using finite difference method.

An algorithm has been constructed in order to model the problem.

Eventually the result of analytical and numerical solution has been compared and found that the numerical solution is very close to analytical solution.
