Abstract EN

As the world is becoming smaller and smaller and as the globalization is playing the huge role in our economy and due to the coalitions in both terms politically and economically, investors and businesses have turned into the Small and medium-sized enterprises to find the right flexibility and to tackle this new situation by having the flexibility, the safe and speed changes of this enterprises in case of any crisis.

We are going to deal with the Small and medium-sized enterprises in all aspects by counting its advantages and its rules and benefits and we are going to focus in its benefits in the Socio-economic scale and for that reason we are going to take the Algerian model as our study case.
